This video should guide you through the proper installation of Add-Art. Look over the following if you have trouble.
“I’m seeing ads and no art!”
Is AdBlockPlus installed and enabled?
When you install Add-Art it comes bundled with AdBlockPlus. They work along side each other so both need to be installed and enabled to work. In the menubar go to Tools>Add-Ons. Under Extensions select Add-Art and make sure it enabled.
Is Add-Art installed and enabled?
Similar to above. While you’re at it, make sure Add-Art is enabled too.
Are you subscribed to a filter list?
AdBlockPlus requires a filter list (like a black list) so it knows what to block. Fortunately, many people around the world work on maintaining these lists and you can subscribe to them.
Go to http://easylist.adblockplus.org/ and click on “1. Add Easylist
“the main adblocking subscription” in the left hand column. Supplemental filter lists for other countries and languages are available on that page.
“I’m not seeing ads (horay!) but I’m not seeing art either! And…”
First, browse several sites. Add-Art wont replace every ad on every site (but AdBlockPlus should block them).
Then check and make sure Add-Art is enabled (see details above).
“but, but, but…”
